Avoid KVS (Kernel video script) for tube sites!

I went with everyone's suggestions here to use KVS for my adult tube site.

At the start, the customer service was fine (about a year ago). But since then it has gone downhill fast! Disappointing especially when it's so damn expensive!

It takes up to a week to get a response from the support team now, and they are very slow to do things - even when you're made purchases.

I do not recommend you use KVS anymore. I am looking for another solution - what is the best alternative with good support?

What do you think right now? Is KVS really great, or are there some major hidden drawbacks? Overpriced is definitely one; are there any others?

And is WP-Script with any DEV. option better than this or not?

Old topic, but since it has been updated, let's take a look.

KVS support policy has remained unchanged for over 17 years. Support is provided through a ticket system, which is processed by the development team several times a day.

A response is always provided (except in very exceptional cases) within 24 hours on business days, and not depends from the licenses or services purchased.

If there is no response within 24 hours, there is likely an email issue and you should use the web-based ticket system.
