Good afternoon, my page has been disabled/banned multiple times and I wanted to see if anyone has any tips on how to avoid getting banned in the future?
I was told that when you are banned ig can block your IP address, device...
After recovering a page what would be some good ways to avoid getting banned from the system?
Logging into the app on a new device?
Changing ig user name?
Using a different iCloud login or new up address when using the app? Let me know what you think

if you are using proxys dont change it everytime, if you are using bot or something dont use aggressive settings.

What if you gain that many followers or more daily but you aren't using bots? Can that set off an alarm in instagrams system somehow?

Don’t use apps & websites that automate your Instagram.... Do not use hashtags these days hashtags won’t work anymore because Instagram might have detected something suspicious with your account...as some one said do not change proxy all the time that's true ...change after some interval not every day if ur working most of the time

Is there an acceptable amount to follow per day that is a lot but not crazy? I've had my personal account for over a year and only started botting about 5 months ago.

you can try dail follow 1000 and unfollow 1000 method I do it and not baned my ig account
