Also host blogs on different hosting companies and accounts. SEO hosts is a big NO.

Your Blogs should be hosted on Different IPs, Different Registrars and Different Server location. Sounds Difficult? that's why I use Easy Blog Networks. One CLick solution for hosting!
Apart from this, Setup PBN Domain like a Normal Blog. Adding Logo, Important Pages, Enough Content, SOCIAL SIGNALS icons, etc.
