Avoid etsy reserve on account

Just starting etsy shop, and confusing about etsy reserve on account. How to avoid it?especialy when you just starting a business.
People with great track records complaining about holding their money for 45/90/120 days and ome sellers report that adding tracking releases their funds. I have also seen other sellers report that adding tracking does nothing.
