VPN/Socks5 (+Virtual Machine) | Tor*
Sim + Modem Router (Phones keep logs)
AntiDetect* (For running different browser variations and so forth)
Dban USB
Encryption (People still suggesting Veracrypt/Truecrypt, dont know whats current..)
Keep in mind there's bootable OS USB, you dont even need a HDD these days.
When you look into it though there are so many fingerprints from the HDD serial to the mac Addy. Depends really how Anon you want to be. The more layers of protection you have, the more sluggish it'll be. Avoid watching videos if on a SIM.
