How do i become of Safe seller for my customers in this `BlackHat` Forum? Becouse i have something to promote to others and i wanna be Safe Seller. How?!

can you please explain a little bit further on how to properly research a network. im not from the states, im afraid of sharing my personal info including my paypal email address. can companies do any type of damage with just your paypal email?

Do this information applies only to those who buy services or other that allows free job?
 
What about the advertisers on BHW? The banner adds? Do you guys check out advertisers first? Or do you accept anyone who pays?
