Hi guys. I have a hypotetik question.if there was ex a website(chat that banned some one.and for exampel they would try proxy but still banned?how is that possible?some one told me that they can ban your windows?realy?what would u guys to in that situation?proxy dosnt work.hmm any idees?i hope i didnt ask a wrong question so i get banned here?

Agree. Clear cookies or use another browser along with your proxy. CCleaner is what most people use to clear cookies and other traces used by websites to track you.

If your account is banned, then no amount of proxies will help. To register a new account, you would need to delete all cookies, including flash. Something like the vidalia bundle with torbutton would probably be a good idea, or maybe the browser bundle.
