Avoid and Report blog copy content ?

I have running a tech news blog and have try to cover the news with my style, writing again that can be unique 100%. But one blog using my RSS to runs a auto blog.

I have try to report to Google but its still get index faster than me and always getting high rank on SE more than me.

I don't know how to report to Google or hosting anymore.

I just contact that blog hosting and they respond that they need some document to provide the writing job .. blah blah blah ...

What I should to do ?

Your best chance is probably to report the auto blog to Google. That's what others would do if they found you auto blogging them anyway.

How can I block it when I using FeedBurner service from Google.

How to report auto blog to Google ?

Google probably won't do anything. Best thing is to complain to their host. The host is legally obligated to take your content down if they're made aware of any theft.

You need to send a dmca complaint to the host. You'll need to do it right because certain information needs to be in it (I.e. your real name, address, a statement that you are the owner of the content, and a link to every post that contains your content and a description of the content that belongs to you. You should look up the exact requirements, I don't know them off the top of my head. If you do everything right, the host has to remove the content or take the site offline. Don't listen to these clowns who say to report it to google, that will get you nowhere, they have no obligation to babysit your content.
