Average Sales per 1000 hops on CB?

There is no such thing. Depends on so many factors, its impossible to say. Your conversion rate is okey but we dont know anything about the Product or your marketing strategy.

Generally speaking, you should have at least 1 sale per 100 hops, so you are doing just fine.
However, it really depends on a lot of factors. No matter what your promotion methods are, the winning formula is: drive highly targeted traffic to the right offer at the right time! I could go on and on how to increase your conversions, but that is a long topic and you should search threads here to help you out further.

That was a really bad question. And your conversion rate is fine just is you are having profits.
Example: If you are expending $200 to get those 10 sales, and you are getting $5 per sale.... do the math. Then your conversion rate is not enough, not good, it's bad.

I have a review site but just get 5 visitor per day or so..

1% is the minimum you should be getting, to know exactly how much should you sell in your case needs lots of factors to be revealed.
