are you buying safe backlinks to your PBN's? What kind of backlinks do you got going on with the pBN

It depends! But you should be seeing some results within a couple of weeks if your links are strong!

Anything from 1 day to 3 weeks depending on quality and quantity.

If you mean whether we build additional tier 2 PBN links to tier 1 PBN links, then I can say that majority of "us" do not do that. I do not advise building any links to your tier 1 PBN sites whatsoever. Social signals are fine though.
