keywords are:

your old proposal was for local seo per city location and the price was way too much for what our objectives are. no disrespect intended but I don't think your company is a match for us at this time.

I've vast experience in ranking real businesses. However your keyword "sell my car" is extremely competitive and would require a considerable budget to put a dent in that keyword. I'm saying this now because i'm not in the business of making excuses or trying to mess you around. This keyword requires a lot of good links which cost money, otherwise it will likely not be achievable.
