Hi everybody,
Could anyone please recommend me some good solution to scroll page? Maybe some script where can I also manipulate scroll speed.

Yes man exactly like this, but this addon not working anymore

Can't you just click the scroll wheel on your mouse to activate autoscrolling mode in your browser?
In Firefox go to Tools > Options > General and tick the box that says "Use autoscrolling" in case it is currently disabled.
