That charon checking function might not lead to results, it will generate a log entry in the browser logs but no data of the page is interpreted.
Often the code that checks a page count is loaded within the page, or verified within the page.
You should interpret the html content and load the containing images/objects, only browsers do that.
A very simple approach is to use a plugin like "reloadevery" which will reload the page. Then just make sure your IP is different at each load.
Proxyfirewall can do that with a proxy list (I think), Cloakfish can do it and some shared proxy services offer that.
