Autoposting for Win7

So I'm looking for Windows 7 software that could take text from rss or txt files, add one or more links from the list and submit to random blog.
I would need ability to post to blogs with metaweblog API

Anyone know of a software like that?

Not offhand but I'm going to write a web-based version of what you're talking about soon.

Now, that's the thing - I think there are already (hosted) scripts like that (e.g. Backlink Energizer) but I'm looking for a windows software.
