Autopligg No Longer Works?

Hey guys. I have Autopligg 2.6, and I've been using it for a few days. I have used it to submit around 500 stories and comments and have yet to see a single backlink. My question to those who have it is does this app still work? If so, what strategies do you use?

It still works....

You will usually only see a couple of links anyway with the comments -- None when you submit a story.

The links will disappear in a few days, but for weak/moderate keywords it helps you get a decent boost in the serps and gets you indexed fairly quickly.

Although, for the price you are probably better off abusing RSS feeds and social bookmarking sites.
 
Does anyone know autopligg is better then bookmarking demon to get good results? Thanks
 
I don't think that there is much of a difference aside from the fact that BMD does have some decent sites in it with the bookmarking....

AutoPligg posts mostly to sites who are repeatedly used and abused for links and for the most part look like the only activity at all on them is from people running autopligg lol
 
@ Jeremy : Does it only help in getting listed in SE quickly..Thats all?
 
Yes, if you configure autopligg to ping your successful results, it does help to get you indexed quicker.

But, you can get indexed just as quick with a program like SENUKE pinging your bookmarks, RSS feeds, and web 2.0 properties that you create..Or even with some of the one off programs. You don't really need an expensive piece of software if your only goal is to get indexed.

Err trust me... it is not

I decided to start using AP and have found it to have no significant impression on my rankings or traffic, whereas with BMD at least I see some effect for my effort, though this can be ranging from 100s of visitors over night to just a few at least it is something.

i spam alot of sites wirh AP and it doesnt give anything.
 
Get 3.0 folks.

Also ping your links so they get found much faster.
 
Anyway to edit the database? Most of the pligg sites in the database have either been so overspammed or removed. Anyone think we could get better results by scraping sites off google and using those instead?
 
mrpatel autopligg is over powered spamming, just use it moderately first. Like submitting to 30 sites and 10 comments. After it gets index you can keep submitting at a moderate level this way you can get backlinks and not get sandboxed by google. Pligg sites are shutting down because people dun use AP properly. Thats my opinion though..
