autopilot sites

I have heard people are putting up offers on sites like microworkers and make offers like "download this program and get 20 cents" or something like that and they call it autopilot but do you guys know any site that allows them? because if you go to that site "microworkers" then it says they don't allow such sites "ppd" if anybody could help out that would be great

I think micro workers screen their jobs posted, normally takes me at least 24 hrs to get jobs approved, so if you are doing something against the terms, I doubt it will stick.
