Automation Bot/App

Hello guys,

I need a little automation bot/app build. The bot/app should connect with various api and should do a few automated tasks.

First it should connect to an api from a cpa network every 15 min to read some data and then the bot should start/pause campaigns on traffic sources based on the data from the api file. I don´t think its too complicated for a good coder.
