Automating YouTube Uploads with Make.com, Zapier, etc.

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone has some experience with automating uploads on youtube shorts with tools such as make.com or zapier.
I just need a little help with automatically assigning titles and descriptions to the videos I am automatically uploading.
