Automating video downloads (help needed)

I've tried IDM media downloader (premium too) which seemed to work best but it leeches HTML links, not mp4 files (although requesting video files only)

The problem is, whichever extension/downloader I use, the site's videos appear only if I press the play button.

Which means that it defeats the purpose of automation if I have to prees play to make the videos recognizable.

Is there anything I can do to sort this? How do I make the mp4 files appear without loading them first with a play button?

I can find the download links via inspect element. Is there perhaps a way to automate this if i leech the html links to these exact video pages?
