Automating engagement groups?

So I'm thinking of starting some niche specific engagement groups and was wondering how some groups have automated the process of managing the users and making sure everyone is contributing.

I've done a little research and can't find any info on software that will do it.

A lot of engagement groups on telegram use bots to manage the rounds, but you are never really sure that everybody is following the rules. The best way is to choose member wisely and kick out who doesn't follow the rules immediately.

Yeah, it looks like I'll have to just go with an honor system and remind users to report anyone they think is leaching.

the group im in is automated via massplaner and followliker, a list gets updated every 48hours with new users and leechers are removed

the admin also has a away of automating that list and monitoring whether or not people leaching

benefit is that there is no need to do rounds just set the bot (mp or fl) and forget

BUT you need to have a MINIMUM of 10k followers

is there a way to automate liking each of the people on the engagement group list? OR is everyone doing it manually? I feel like that takes forever

read my comment above there is using follow liker or massplanner. but the entire group needs to adopt that and there is aslo software to check who is sending likes and who isnt
