Automating comments good idea?

I've been using MP for a month now getting good growth from following/unfollowing and liking but left the comment section alone because;
I've heard that automating comments is bad because it's difficult to make automated comments that don't seem personal and related to every picture and not seem like a bot.

My question is do you think it would be better to start bottling a couple hundred comments a day. Or would it be better to manually post around 25 comments a day? which do you think would bring more followers to my accounts in the traveling and hot girl niche?

Quality is more important, than quantity... In a long run at least
