Hello everyone,

I have the following idea that I would like to automate:

I google my desired keyword in the US. My target market is not in english, but in europe.
I take the content of the top ranked website/s and have it translated by chatgpt.
Then I smooth or refine the text using deepl write.

Desired effect: the source text is obviously google approved, after all it has ranked in the USA.
The translation alone could ensure that the content also works and ranks in my target country (anyone any experience with this?).
To be sure and to make it more difficult for google to see through this, use deepl write to adapt the text again.

Have any of you already implemented something like this? How could this be automated?

For example, I wonder how I can reliably find out the SERPs for a KW for another country...

I am curious about your thoughts on this and look forward to an exchange!

I did something similar a few years ago and it worked great until Google updates came and broke everything. I think it works. The important thing is that it is something that visitors need and search for ( Apps , Software, computer drivers, free IPTV etc.) and it does not matter if there are some spelling errors. You should always test and find out what works for you. There is no fixed rule.

Interesting idea. Using AI for content creation can be a shortcut, but remember that Google is getting smarter at detecting AI-generated content. You might want to think about adding some human touch to the final output, like editing for style and adding your own unique insights. Also, relying solely on a translated article from the US might not work well for your European audience. Make sure you consider regional nuances and adapt the content accordingly. As for automating the process, you could look into using web scraping tools to extract content from SERPs and API integrations with ChatGPT and DeepL. Good luck!

I guess you're looking for an automated solution? There are API's for that e.g. DataForSEO..

As for the translated content - I think you might need to add a human touch. DeepL is nice but it makes mistakes / choses weird words sometimes.

Have you done use this method now? and how it works?
