Automatically Scrape, Spin, and Import to Wordpress?

Is there anything out there, whether it be a plugin or stand alone software that allows you to automatically scrape content from another site, spin it, and import it into your wordpress site? And if you could do all of that by the bulk, it would be even better. Let me know if anything like this exist.

I think the OP asked if the articles can be spin? All the plugins listed above will duplicate articles.

I would also like to know, if I can auto grab artciles and spin then import to WP.

I use multi blogger it does a decent job. Not 100% unique but the content is good & readable. And people actually read it.

Traffic on such automated blogs depends on the niche basically.

They used to have lifetime deals frequently, I grabbed 1 last year . Now they have closed new sales as I just saw on their BST. They are working on a web version now.
