Automatically resize images in posts

So here's my suggestion:

If anybody puts an image into a post, it'll be resized automatically (if it's too big), because atm anytime if somebody posts a too big image, the whole page becomes streched out and it's annoying plus looks very unprofessional.
Also something like this could be written below the pictures:
'Click here to enlarge', and let's say the picture will be resized on a new tab/window or in the post itself, but the default setting would be the resized smaller image.

What do you think about this?

so we really can't do anything against this stretching issue? this would be a tremendous work?

and this happens not only with pictures, but if somebody types like a mad man and forgot to use the enter
