You can use Instagrapi library on Python. It's dedicated mostly for posting, very fast and reliable for small number of accounts. tho you need to save sessions so your accounts don't get flagged.

Check out GitHub, there are lots of free tools for Instagram there.

If you don't even want to create these posts, you can automate the process with Make or Zapier by connecting it to an API such as Chat GPT. Everything can happen automatically - from creating a post based on a source, to creating graphics and posting them on specific social media at a specific time.
