Hello colleagues, I would like to know if there is any free program for automatically posting on Instagram, both posts and reels, that is, leaving it scheduled. Thank you.

I've looked at several, but in the end they only let you post about 10-30 images for free. I understand that nothing is truly free, right?

i don't understand what you fully mean by automatically posting. if you just mean scheduled content you can just use meta business for free and schedule your posts from there to instagram

I do not want to link my Instagram account to Meta, which is why I am mentioning this, as I will be managing five Instagram profiles and would like to automate the publication of posts each week.
On the other hand, do you know if, for example, with an Android emulator configured with a proxy with a US IP address, it would be possible to manage the five profiles, that is, to open a session on each Android emulator, each with its own proxy configured?

Managing android emulators are a different thing as you need to set them up properly and it takes some time to get used to it.
Best option is to use an undetected browser and warming the accounts slowly, most tools that allow you to schedule require you to have a business account

Which private browser do you recommend for managing five or more accounts on Instagram? I understand that I can configure a residential proxy in each browser and won't have any problems?

I don't know of any free tools like this, but if you want paid tools, there are tools like Buffer or Sendible, with which you can share content posts to 10+ social profiles.

You can also try Buffer or Later on their free plans, they work fine for simple Instagram scheduling.

Honestly, the easiest free way is M.B.S it does posts and reels if you have a business account. Some third party tools like predis aı or postquıck aı work too, but theyre limited.

have you checked postiz or n8n? you can self host, customize and use as per your needs

You can also use Meta business suites desktop version its reliable for scheduling both posts and reels without needing extra tools or subscriptions.

It is recommended to enable 2FA (2-step verification) on Instagram before connecting third-party tools.

Ive tried several tools, but honestly nothing beats scheduling manually for full control. Sometimes automation apps mess up the timing or captions.

You can use Meta’s Creator Studio or the built-in Meta Business Suite both let you schedule posts and reels for free directly from your desktop.

You can try Meta Business Suite — it’s free and works for both Instagram posts and Reels. You just connect your account, schedule your content, and it posts automatically. Works well for me

Meta Suite will work best for you. You can automate your posts.

I can provide a python script, but it will probably be difficult for you and there are a couple of nuances: the computer must be constantly on... or VPS/Server
