Automatically delete automated outgoing messages from inbox

I use followliker on twitter and instagram to send out welcome messages to all my new followers. However, I often have important dialogues that occur in my inbox, so I find myself spending a good amount of time every day deleting the outgoing messages from followliker so that I can return to the relevant conversations that I am having with potential customers. Does anyone know of a way to automate this deletion of outgoing messages to save me some time?
