Automatically cloak links for wordpress?

    I need a wordpress plugin that automatically replace all links on my blog to cloaked links (affiliatesite.com turns into mysite.com/affiliatesite1).
    Could anyone help me?

    The plugin will cloak outgoing links in your posts or pages, been using it a year ago and it was working good, as I see now the author has updated it with some new features .
