Is there any automatic thumbnail creator which can create multiple thumbnails to choose from based on title and description I enter ?

Doubt it would be good, even Canva's AI tool where you can write and it creates, it doesn't really work for me.

That will improve with time. Canva is focussed on other things so there should be other brands that will look after this.
