Does anyone know of a script that will automatically grab content from websites like 9gag / reddit / imgur ?

and...

what are some good scripts to use to make a complete automatic updating website?

By that you mean?
For ripping images for subreddits there is redditrip on github.
Sorry cant link stuff here, need 15 posts.
