Automatic website + amazon affiliate, can i be banned?

Hi.

I'm doing some automatic website (poor content, spined) and i want to know if the amazon afiliate account can be banned because the low quality content or i'm safe.

I do not think amazon is interesting with the quality of the sites. Probably you are in safe.
