I manage around 45 accounts and uploading videos manually is pretty time consuming are there any ways to upload them automatically?

but is it safe to use sites like that? instagram is very hard these days

When you use any bot to manage accounts, you risk losing them.
So, think twice before opting for one.

I would hire some VAs. Since you are managing 45 accounts, you must be earning some money to afford that.

as already said, having them automated with a bot can put the accounts
in a ban risk, hire some one to do it for you.
