automatic tool needed

hey pals,
just wondering is there any tool that automatically fill in with an ads(just to jump-off) a website similar to Craigslist structure. i prefer not to advertise the website rather to find the right tips and solutions. i know it may be sounded suicidal, but i need such tool to jump-start the site. if you got a better and more effective idea how-to, i'd really appreciate your effort.

um, i meant some blackhat tool that scrape ads similar to CL, Backpage, Kijiji, etc. and post them(automatically) to a website that have almost the same structure as Craigslist has. i'm sorry if my language sounded unprofessional.

I'd be interested in some sort of auto scraping program to take content from CL and add it to our Classified site too
