So let me ask.. Do some of you create blogs and leave it on automatic ?? What im saying is kind of like a throw away blog that will generate maybe a few bucks a day, but if you have 50 throw away blogs that generate $2 each per day per blog that can be alot of $$.

So do anybody just have blogs and put it on automatic posting maybe rewritten junk articles using blog automater .etc..?

From experience I will say that you can create 100's of blog with content pulled from RSS Feeds and you will not make a penny unless you promote them.

WP-o-Matic plugin does the trick for WordPress although it seems to work slowly if you got too many feeds. SEO you're site first with other plugins and then get that plugin rolling. Multiply the blogs and repeat with another niche.

    I agree with playground.

At the end of the day you still wind up promoting these things heavily if you want to make any real money. You may get lucky and generate a blog (with real content), fill it up with RSS feeds and get hits. I built some that get about 200 unique hits a day. You can make money, but you still have to set aside time to promote them and update them with every so often with original content if you want repeat visitors.

I can't tell you how many of these things I have laying around that make no money or pennies. If I had the time to promote them, I would. And that is the problem you run into with this process. You can't possibly work on all of your projects at once. Unless, you have no day job and no family. A wife and kid is a real drag on running a wannabe internet empire!:D

It really comes down to what is your time worth? Figuring out this process is a great learning experience. If you hit a niche that makes you money, awesome!
but more than likely it becomes a learning scenario and developing a proof of concept. If you tweak it and convert with the right niche, you'll produce cash.

Anyone can set up 100's of blogs with RSS feeds. And pretty fast. But you'll find that G00gle will cast you to their 1500000th page for that keyword search, eventually. Or worse, just ban you.

If you're doing it the BH way, then that's ok and to be expected. Basically a pump and dump and then move onto another IP range. I know of a few guys that just do this every month and they do pretty well. But, if you are mostly white hat arena, and want those $2 per day maintained, that will kill your business and waste your time. Only to have to do all that work over again.

I only comment on this because I went through the same stuff.
I learned a lot and made some money, but I also wasted time and money.
I'm re-working my approaches now (when I can get away from the wife and kid). Wasting time and money is great learning experience in itself . Failure does have it's rewards.

    YMMV

I've done some stuff with automated blogs and they don't really turn out to be as great as expected. It's pretty hard to rank for stuff when you're just grabbing posts from other feeds. You could try to use a synonimizer plugin to help with unique content.

like most stuff like that they had their day

maybe the next big thing will be a video that is automatically made into many parts and distributed automatically to all the video sites at the same time

they will make very little money but if you can automate then you have a chance

    just my opinion

    os...
