Automatic spinning (plugin or software)

I'm looking for a content spining software or plugin that could rewrite article (in french).

Or if you already have a spinner, you can convert the French to English, and then spin the article via English, and rewrite it to your desired content.
Once ready, you can then translate the English spun article back to French - I've used this technique on a different language and it appears to be working great though, just that there may be some minor mistakes here and there that are unavoidable.
