Automatic repeat message in channel with pictures

Hi guys!

Googling I'm kind of getting lost with so many bots and platforms...
I have a comercial channel which I want to make for example 4 different product announcments with a picture and I want to repeat each, let's say ... nº1 week 1, nº2 week 2 and so on...and then week 5 nº1 again, so every week I will post one of them.
Which tool or bot should I use?
How you would do it?
I am a newbie in Telegram ....:(

There used to be a bot named "KorumamBot" for sending repeated posts, but I'm not aware of its current status. If it's still active, you can only perform such operations using that bot.

You can clearly do it using telegram API.
It is simple.
