Automatic Press Release Submitter

Anyone have a suggestion of a doos program ? It should add the pressrelease written and automatically submit this to major press relelase distribution networks.

I have read several threads in here allready , but no one with a good suggestion or program , so , is there one???

My other question is more a request than a question actually, I am looking for Novasoft torrent submitter or similar good software that enables you to drink some coffee , bake a cake , while the torrent is submitted automatically.

And to the OP - you will probably want to look in the downlaods section. Some consider it very taboo to openly post on the SEO or SEO Tools forum for proggies like that. All requests should probably go in the appropriate forum. I'm not trying to be a board nazi - just giving you a heads up before someone with a stick up the pooper get's all pissy with you.
