Hi everyone

I am running Wordpress on my website which is in the property category and uses Listings as well as Posts. The Listings are for the properties and the Posts are for a blog that features on the website, which I haven't used yet but will be using to write posts that target long tail keywords within my niche.
At the moment the way I add listings is as follows: I receive an alert email every day from another site which shows the specific properties that I want to list, and I manually add these properties as a new Listing on my website. Fortunately there aren't many, but this still takes quite a lot of time.
Is there a way of automating this? I know that entries can be imported to Wordpress via CSV but I don't know how to extract the information from the email. Or is there any way to scrape the search results page from the website I get my alerts from, so that I only get the listings I want for my niche?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks for reading.

Well, you could look into scraper plugins for WP (some free, paid). They'll scrape and input the results into your post.

There's also a paid plugin that, apparently, blow the socks off. I think it's called WP Robot.

I "acquired" a version of the plugin in the past, and it is indeed very powerful. Definitely worth getting if you can afford it.
