hello guys
im having problems with my new accounts i can't set up automatic payments with master card.....
i try bin and also with iban
but this message always show up
We couldn't verify this card. Please select a different payment method
help please

it's normal. the bin you're using is not valid for ebay keep looking for a new bin , once you test a bin and it's not working look for another one,
 
I test a loot of bin
i checked them and all of them are valid
do u have any source where i can have a fresh one please ?
 
Im pretty sure, your used CCs are not working at all.

try your personal CC for test purposes you will find it work
