Can a vcc how automatic payment fees cause a suspended on ebay?

Are you asking if ebay will suspend you if you use a vcc to pay fees? or if ebay will suspend you if you dont pay fees?

My accounts are the USA but I am verify the first 6 numbers of the vcc and are the other country, not USA

Will that be the problem of my account suspended?

You should use a US card for US accounts
