Is there something that will post the listings for me automatically? I am getting tired of clicking so many times to list the same exact page..

If your talking about eBay like where you have this thread posted. eBay has a automatic up loader for free called turbo Lister. I use it and it works good.

As mentioned above download Turbo Lister, it'll upload all current and old listings and you can just select however many you want and relist in one click.

Auto lister is really good. I used it and its worth the money(free). Saves a bunch of time too.
