i have a question and i didn't found related threads, so it'll be offtop. sorry for that I am a complete noob .
And the question is : let's just say we have a site which main page's PR is 6, and the article's PR is 5. So if i left a link there in the article page i'll be backlinked with a 5 PR not 6 right?

I think SE Nuke is great for any kind of SEO task.
You can also try Screapebox or Xrumer.
As I know, these soft-wares are really great for SEO works.
