is there a way of searching in google for blogs that have automatic acceptance for comments that allow html backlinks within the txt???

You can find blogs that allow follow links in comment text (using Scrapebox maybe? never used it, I write my own cUrl scripts). However you can't possibly know if the blog auto-approves comments until you try to post one.

to answer previous questions:
with scrapebox you can mass-post to your list of blog articles and then you can immediately check if comments have been posted - thus finding blogs that have auto-approval turned on
