Automatic Hyperlink Editing

Does anyone know of any good plugins that will change my content/posts Hyperlinks automatically?

Ie. An AutoBlog posts content from a feed that has hyperlinked pictures to other sites, I'd like to change this to my own sites

I have been looking for something like that too...

Although, I just need something that will remove all hyperlinks, as a lot of articles I get are promoting affiliate products with the referral link in the article....

When you have a ton of sites, it isn't realistic to edit each post by hand...
