Twitterfeed.com and you can use an RSS feed combined to combine multiple RSS feeds related to the topic. Just set it and forget it ..... or you can also setup an autoblog and use it's RSS feed.

feedburner have option to socialize twitter and facebook account. try it once...

You can use http://postcron.com/ but there is a limit unless you pay, I think, $3.95 USD/month. They allow you to update using status, link, or photo.

You can also use TweetDeck, which I believe does unlimited scheduled status updates, only. No photo.
