Automatic content scraper / scheduled poster?

Hi looking for a program that can automatically scrape popular content from facebook pages based on keywords only, and ideally functions this way for twitter, instagram, and pinterest as well.

I don't want to have to input the facebook pages to get the content from, or spin any text etc..
I am looking for something that is completely automatic - is anything like this out yet?

I have Massplanner but it doesn't do this.
