Automatic blogging tool for adult page

Hello

I need an automatic blogging tool. Maybe something like that is already on the market, actually i am very sure about that but i didnt find anything yet.

Ok, what should the tool or plugin do?

It should automaticly post pics and some text to my wp domains.
I would give it, a bunch of titles, a bunch of ready-to-post text and a folder full with pics.
The tool should get in an interval of my choice 1 title, 1 text and 1 pic to post it. The pic should get the same alt-tag then the posting title.

Do anybody know a tool or plugin that could do this job for me?

Thats a good post, with some good tips. BUT it didnt include what im looking for.
I know how to get a bunch of pics posted in my blogs. Thats not a big deal. But to connect the whole process im an automatic blogging software, is what i want.

Or maybe i didnt get the reason why you linked the posting.
