Hello, does anybody know how long to wait after getting this error before I can resume? 3 days so far and soon as I do any actions I get this error; automatic behaviour detected you have been restricted from certain activitys

Depends if you've gotten this block before? IG blocks goes in increemental steps: a few hours, 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months etc.
