Automated vs. manual forum profiles

Im setting up a new forum backlink project and have two topics I need some help with.

1. I want to up the quality from 5$ freelancers jerking automated messages on spammy forums (srsly, 3 people have now given me webcosmosforum as a sample). I want proper links on proper forum written by a proper person. Where can they be found?
2. I've been given a bunch of automated forum profiles from old forums. None of them seem to be indexed by google. How come?

Forum profiles are useless these days even as a 2nd or 3rd tier. Forum posting maybe, but not profiles anymore.

I don't agree! They still have some power doesn't matter most of them are spammed!

they do have some power, every link always has some kind of power a real link profile should always be diverse but for the good ones I would do it myself

Try to Get Angela Type Forums Profiles and Manual.

They still have power specially if the forums is related to your niche. Better if you make posts from time to time to these forums and be a good contributor. You'll get natural clicks from signatures. But at the same time, it's very time consuming. I think it's not worth doing it yourself. Might want to hire someone to do this job.

Forum posts have good link juice, however this is only a few % of our link profile.
You are correct about hiring - But first I need some pre-made profiles so I can quality check them and make sure right user posts on right forum.
