Automated Site

Hey BHW!
I have a site selling FB likes. It is a html site. I want to make things more automated so I have more time to do other things. Pretty busy with school and work and just want to be efficient.
What I do when I get a order is,
-Go to the page check the starting likes.
-Log their order and starting likes on Excel
-Email them and tell them I got there order and it will be done within a few days.
-Finish the order and email them the stats along with a thank you message.

Payments are accepted via PayPal. I am also having to deal with two emails, sometimes the message my personal email due them seeing that one on Paypal. Instead of the @site email

Just looking for recommendations really if anyone has any, thanks in advance for your time!

Hire a developer in what ever server side code your hosting supports.

Bump, people are contacting me and having no idea what to do. So if you are interested, please tell me what you have in mind to make things easier on my end.
